Question 1

What is TripMazer?

Accepted Answer

TripMazer is an AI travel co-pilot that turns your ideas into balanced, day-by-day travel itineraries. You describe your destination, travel party, dates, and budget, and TripMazer generates an optimized schedule with realistic transit times, walking routes, and live flight and hotel pricing.

Question 2

Can I customize the generated itinerary?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have complete control over every day. You can drag and drop activities to reorder them, adjust time allocations, insert custom places or dining spots, or ask the AI to suggest alternative activities that fit your pace.

Question 3

How does real-time replanning work during travel disruptions?

Accepted Answer

When incoming weather, road closures, or flight delays disrupt your schedule, TripMazer alerts you and surfaces alternate recommendations. For example, if rain impacts an outdoor excursion, it suggests indoor museums or adjusts dinner timings. No change is ever applied without your explicit approval.

Question 4

Can I access my itinerary offline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can export your full schedule and booking confirmations to a clean PDF, or access cached itinerary details and the Offline SOS Emergency Kit through the TripMazer mobile web application without an active cellular connection.

Question 5

Can I use TripMazer for free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Free plan costs ₹0 forever and allows you to create unlimited AI itineraries, customize activities, and export your trips to PDF or share them with companions via a link.

Question 6

What is included in the Pro plan?

Accepted Answer

It includes direct flight and hotel checkout via LiteAPI, automated airline check-in monitoring, real-time replanning delay alerts, and the dynamic Budget Optimizer with two-way Splitwise synchronization. Pro includes a 7-day free trial.

Question 7

What is included in the Elite plan?

Accepted Answer

Elite costs ₹1,549/month (or ₹1,249/month billed annually at ₹14,988/yr), incl. GST. Outside India it is $20.99/month (or $14.99/month billed annually at $179.88/yr). It offers our full agentic travel command center, including autonomous multi-city booking coordination, priority concierge escalation, and expanded usage headroom. Elite also includes a 7-day free trial.

Question 8

How does international currency billing work?

Accepted Answer

Outside India, subscriptions are billed in US dollars: Pro is $10.99/month and Elite $20.99/month ($8.99 and $14.99/month when billed annually). Prices shown in your local currency (AED, EUR, GBP and so on) are estimates. Your bank converts the USD charge at its own rate, and local taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout. In India, plans are billed in rupees and include GST.

Question 9

How does booking flights and hotels work in TripMazer?

Accepted Answer

Flight and hotel bookings are powered directly through our integration with LiteAPI. You can compare real-time room types and airline cabin classes, enter passenger details, and complete payment. You receive instant official carrier PNRs and hotel reservation codes.

Question 10

What is your booking cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation conditions are determined by the specific airline ticket tariff or hotel room policy (e.g. Free Cancellation until 48 hours prior vs Non-Refundable). TripMazer displays these terms transparently before payment. You can initiate eligible cancellations directly from your Trip Dashboard.

Question 11

How does automated flight check-in work?

Accepted Answer

When you save your airline booking reference (PNR) and seat preferences (e.g. aisle or window), TripMazer tracks the carrier check-in opening window. At the exact minute check-in opens, our background worker checks in your passenger record and delivers the digital boarding pass to your dashboard and WhatsApp/Telegram thread.

Question 12

How do I use TripMazer on WhatsApp and Telegram?

Accepted Answer

You can link your WhatsApp or Telegram account in your Settings. Once linked, you can text Mazer to check today’s schedule, forward confirmation emails, snap receipt photos to log expenses, or receive flight gate change notices directly in your messaging feed.

Question 13

How does group travel coordination and cost splitting work?

Accepted Answer

You can share a join link with friends or family. Companions can review the itinerary and vote on activities. For expenses, TripMazer integrates with Splitwise: any expense logged by group members or captured via receipt photo syncs automatically to Splitwise so everyone sees who owes what.

Question 14

Is my personal and payment data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All data in transit and at rest is secured using TLS 1.3 and industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We never sell your personal information or travel history to third-party ad networks.

Question 15

What permissions does TripMazer request?

Accepted Answer

Optional integrations like Google Calendar (to schedule activities) and Gmail (to import travel confirmations) request strictly scoped, read-only permissions. You can disconnect integrations or revoke permissions at any time from your Account Settings.

Question 16

Can I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have the right to complete data deletion. You can trigger permanent deletion from Settings > Privacy & Data, or submit a request via our Data Deletion page.

Question 17

Accepted Answer

We are currently accepting early commercial and technical inquiries from travel agencies, tour operators, and developer partners. Visit our Developers & Platform page (/api) to explore prospective integration use cases and register your interest.
