1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, and any supplementary terms that apply to specific features. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, family, or travel group, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity or group to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• “AI Agent” or “Mazer AI”: The autonomous, multimodal artificial intelligence models, reasoning pipelines, and tool orchestration engines operated by TripMazer that assist users with travel research, itinerary formulation, live voice interactions, landmark recognition, and multi-step tool execution.
• “Input”: All prompts, questions, text, travel preferences, uploaded documents (e.g. flight/hotel PDFs, tickets), photographs, images, audio recordings, and data submitted by you to the Platform.
• “Output”: All travel suggestions, itineraries, recommendations, summaries, synthesized day-by-day plans, video reels, and responses generated by the Platform in response to your Inputs.
• “Agentic Actions”: Programmatic tool calls, search queries, booking lookups, calendar event modifications, email drafts, or messaging updates executed by our autonomous agent infrastructure on your behalf and with your authorization.
• “Travel Suppliers” or “Booking Partners”: Third-party airlines, hotels, property managers, tour guides, transport operators, and consolidators (including LiteAPI and travel global distribution systems) that supply travel inventory, process passenger reservations, and enforce ticketing rules.
• “Subscriptions”: Recurring paid billing tiers (e.g., Mazer Pro, Mazer Elite) providing enhanced quotas, multi-channel messaging bot access, persistent cross-trip memory, and priority AI compute.

3. User Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and fully capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria and that all registration details you submit are truthful, accurate, and kept updated.

3.2 Account Security

When creating an account via email or third-party authentication (e.g., Google, Apple), you are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials, session tokens, and connected devices. You agree to notify us immediately at support@tripmazer.com if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. AI Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To maintain the integrity, security, and safety of our AI infrastructure, you agree strictly not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Adversarial Prompting & Jailbreaking: Attempting to reverse engineer, bypass safety filters, extract system prompts, or induce the AI models to execute prompt injection or harmful code execution.
• Automated Scraping & Rate Exhaustion: Utilizing bots, scrapers, automated spiders, or scripts to harvest itineraries, travel rates, or AI outputs, or initiating high-frequency automated calls designed to exhaust compute tokens or degrade service for other users.
• Model Distillation & Competitive Intelligence: Using TripMazer Outputs or API responses to train, evaluate, fine-tune, or benchmark a competing travel planning service or artificial intelligence model.
• Malicious Content & Fraud: Submitting fake booking confirmation documents, generating defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent travel reviews, or impersonating government or airline officials.
• High-Risk Autonomous Deployment: Relying on TripMazer for unsupervised mission-critical tasks (such as medical evacuations or unverified border crossing logistics) without human verification.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without eligibility for a refund.

5. AI Content, Agentic Actions & Critical Disclaimers

5.1 Probabilistic Nature of Generative AI

You acknowledge that TripMazer utilizes state-of-the-art large language models, computer vision systems, and autonomous agent frameworks. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic approximations based on training data, user inputs, and live search indexes. AI models may occasionally “hallucinate,” misinterpret geographical distances, confuse operating seasons, or produce recommendations that are incomplete or obsolete.

5.2 Real-Time Pricing & Inventory Volatility

Airline airfares, hotel room tariffs, seat maps, and tour availability fluctuate dynamically in real time based on supplier revenue management algorithms. Estimated prices, price drop alerts, and heatmap calendars displayed on TripMazer are indicative estimates. A price is only guaranteed once a booking transaction is successfully confirmed by the Travel Supplier with an official confirmation code (PNR or reservation ID).

5.3 Independent Travel Verification Requirement

TripMazer is an assistive digital planner, not an immigration advisory or certified travel agency. You bear the sole responsibility to independently verify:

• Passport validity (e.g., minimum 6-month validity rules) and blank page requirements.
• Visa rules, transit visas, electronic travel authorizations (ETA), and entry permits.
• Mandatory immunizations, health declarations, and COVID-19/epidemiological travel advisories.
• Local emergency laws, safety advisories, and foreign embassy contact details.

6. Travel Intermediary & Booking Partners

6.1 Technology Facilitator Role

TripMazer provides discovery, smart budget optimization, itinerary orchestration, and checkout facilitation. When you search or book flights, hotel rooms, activities, or transfers, transactions may be fulfilled via integrated travel partners such as LiteAPI or external supplier booking portals.

6.2 Direct Contract with Suppliers

When a booking is confirmed, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the respective airline, hotel, or activity operator (“Travel Supplier”). The Travel Supplier’s specific terms of carriage, check-in requirements, baggage restrictions, cancellation penalties, and no-show policies govern your booking. TripMazer is not an airline, hotelier, or common carrier, and disclaims all liability for supplier flight cancellations, overbookings, schedule changes, or property condition discrepancies.

7. Connected Integrations, Google Scopes & Messaging

7.1 Connected Third-Party Accounts (Composio)

TripMazer enables you to link third-party accounts (such as Google Calendar, Gmail, LinkedIn, or Splitwise) via secure OAuth connectors. When linked, the Platform executes actions strictly within the scopes you explicitly approve (e.g., reading travel confirmation emails to extract flight numbers, creating itinerary events in your calendar, or drafting trip emails).

7.2 Google Limited Use Commitment

TripMazer’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs (specifically calendar.events and Gmail scopes such as gmail.compose and gmail.readonly) adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, never used to serve advertising, never inspected by humans without your express consent, and never used to train generalized artificial intelligence models.

7.3 Telegram & WhatsApp Bot Services

If you interact with TripMazer via Telegram bots or the WhatsApp gateway, you acknowledge that messages, audio voice notes, and media sent to the bot are routed to our AI orchestrators to fulfill your requests. Your use of these messaging apps is also governed by the terms of Telegram and Meta/WhatsApp respectively.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

8.1 Ownership of Inputs

You retain all ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the Inputs you provide to TripMazer (including your personal travel photos, uploaded vouchers, itinerary notes, and custom prompts). By submitting Inputs, you grant Mazer Labs Private Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display your Inputs strictly as necessary to provide, maintain, and secure the Services for you.

8.2 Rights in Outputs

As between you and Mazer Labs Private Limited, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mazer Labs Private Limited assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the Outputs generated by TripMazer in response to your Inputs. You may use, publish, share, and commercialize your personal itineraries.

Non-Exclusivity Disclaimer: Due to the probabilistic nature of generative AI, outputs generated for you may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users who submit similar prompts or request recommendations for the same destinations. Such similarities do not constitute an infringement of your rights.

8.3 TripMazer Platform IP

Mazer Labs Private Limited and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including the user interface, proprietary algorithms, agent definitions, system prompt architectures, software code, Mazer Radio tracks, video rendering engines (Mazer Cuts), logos, and trademarks. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or frame any element of the Platform without our prior written authorization.

9. Subscriptions, Tokens & Billing

9.1 Tiers & Pricing

TripMazer offers a Free tier alongside premium recurring subscription plans (including Mazer Pro and Mazer Elite) and compute top-up packs. Detailed pricing and quota allocations (such as active trip limits, price watchers, and video reels) are published on our Pricing Page.

9.2 Payment Processors

We process subscription payments and top-ups via certified third-party payment gateways:

• Domestic Transactions (India): Processed securely via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR) supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, and Netbanking.
• International Transactions: Handled via Polar (acting as Merchant of Record) in USD, EUR, GBP, and supported global currencies.

We do not store complete payment card credentials on our servers. All billing data is processed under PCI-DSS compliant protocols.

9.3 Recurring Subscriptions & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of your paid billing period. Refund eligibility is governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

10. Suspension & Account Deletion

10.1 Termination by TripMazer

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately if you breach these Terms, violate our AI Acceptable Use Policy, engage in fraudulent payment conduct, or compromise platform security.

10.2 Self-Serve Account Deletion

You have the right to terminate your account at any time through Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my account or by following our Data Deletion Instructions. Upon deletion, your active profile, chat logs, AI memory vectors, uploaded media, and connected OAuth tokens will be purged in accordance with our retention policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF ERRORS.

11.2 Exclusion of Damages

In no event shall Mazer Labs Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, missed flights, denied boarding, visa rejections, booking cancellation fees, emotional distress, or personal injury resulting from your reliance on the Platform or AI recommendations.

11.3 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of Mazer Labs Private Limited arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be strictly capped at the amount actually paid by you to TripMazer in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or INR ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mazer Labs Private Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (b) your Inputs or User Content; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any dispute between you and a Travel Supplier or third-party service provider.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.

13.2 Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Mazer Labs Private Limited agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute amicably. A written notice of dispute must be sent to legal@tripmazer.com setting forth the nature of the claim and requested relief. Both parties will engage in good-faith negotiations for a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice.

13.3 Arbitration

If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Thrissur or Kochi, Kerala, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

13.4 Judicial Jurisdiction

Subject to Section 13.3, the competent courts having jurisdiction over Thrissur, Kerala, India (including the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

14. General & Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refunds Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Mazer Labs Private Limited regarding your use of the Platform.
• Modifications: We may modify these Terms periodically to reflect product updates, regulatory requirements, or business evolution. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent platform banners at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use after effective changes constitutes acceptance.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Mazer Labs Private Limited may freely assign its rights and obligations in the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganization.
